At Whimsy Lane, every arrangement is carefully prepared using fresh flowers and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a fair resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the arrangement and packaging so we can review the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Flower Variations
Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. While we do our best to match arrangements shown in photos, substitutions may occasionally be necessary to ensure freshness and quality. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and in a similar style and colour palette.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Because arrangements are often prepared shortly before delivery, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
